I have a great interest in practicing this and I didn?t know that there was a yoga pilates, that sound even more interesting since yoga can help the body to relax and work at the same time. I hope to find a place to do it but that is not too expensive, I?m really looking forward to

I have been practicing yoga (off and on) for quite some time now, and I have been interested in pilates as well, but I’ve just never gone! After reading this article, I think everytime I go to a yoga class, what I’m really craving is pilates! The only yoga class that I’ve been to that has really left me feeling great, was an intense, Ashtanga yoga class, otherwise, it’s mostly self-study with an intense focus on strength that I like most.
