The World Cuisine offers interesting, healthy and tasty recipes that we can incorporate into our kitchen. Discover the best dishes from different parts of the world from Europe to Asia, passing through America, recipes such as in Mexico, Japan, Lebanon, Portugal, Italy and many more.

When we talk about World Cuisine we come to mind an infinity of delicious recipes, some made with exotic ingredients, others related to wonderful traditions or special dates, distant places or full of charm. Here you will find a wide variety of preparations and recipes from many of these places, simple recipes in their preparation to taste together with your family.

World gastronomy

There are countries that stand out for having a great gastronomic variety, and when visiting them we can enjoy in each place a rich and varied gastronomy, among these destinations we have the following countries:

Italy: Its gastronomy is very popular all over the world for pasta, pizza, desserts and ice cream, but it also highlights its Mediterranean flavors, always using fresh ingredients, especially regional ones.

Greece: Its gastronomy is Mediterranean, and its recipes are made with fresh ingredients such as potatoes, tomatoes, fish and goat cheese, and it uses olive oil a lot. Salads, soups and the famous musaka or aubergine lasagna are some examples.

Spain: All the regions of Spain produce their own ingredients and have different gastronomic specialties, among the Regions that stand out most are the Basque Country and Catalonia. In their recipes they use a lot of ingredients such as Serrano ham, cheeses, wines, olive oil, etc.

Mexico: Its gastronomy stands out for the spicy flavor of chili, and some dishes of its gastronomy have become very popular all over the world such as carnitas and chicken tacos, guacamole, nachos, quesadillas, flutes, fajitas, carnitas, and Tamales. Many recipes are made with beans, and include chili and chocolate.

France: This country has always stood out for its exquisite world cuisine, and exerts a great influence on the world and gastronomic trends. Their recipes always use high quality products, their cuisine is very innovative and the desserts and sauces are very prominent.

Peru: It is an excellent culinary destination in South America, among Peruvian recipes highlights the ceviche prepared with marinated raw fish, chicken chili, empanadas and sigh Lima.

Japan: The country that gave rise to the famous sushi, made with rice and various ingredients such as fish or seafood, other dishes are the maki, tempura and all kinds of vegetables cooked al dente that people enjoy in the streets of Tokyo.
