Infections: food, diet and infusions to prevent and eradicate

The infections occur when the immune system is weak and the body's defenses don’t eliminate harmful bodies that enter the body. Infections also occur even when the body is too saturated with toxins and waste, which generates excessive heat inside (internal fever) and makes the body ideal to keep bacteria and germs harmful to the body leading to all kinds of infections and diseases.

Symptoms of infection:

The symptoms occur because of reactions produced by microbes in the tissues or organs affected, and also because the defense mechanisms is triggered by the body to fight pathogens.

Symptoms of infection include:

  • Fever is one of the most obvious symptoms to know that there is an infection. Body temperature is raised as a defense mechanism tries to destroy pathogens in the heat.
  • Fatigue and general exhaustion.
  • Headache or migraine.
  • Muscle aches.
  • Excessive sweating.
  • Joint pain.
  • Loss of appetite.
  • There are some other more specific symptoms which depend on the organs and systems affected. For example, if there is infection in the lungs, there will be cough, excess phlegm, chest pain, etc. In the case of gastrointestinal infection, the stomach may hurt, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. It is clear that the diarrhea does not always mean infection.

How to avoid or eradicate an infection?

For the body to become resistant and free from infection and this can be eradicated, you must consider first if the intestine is evacuating blood well and if it’s free of pollutants and acid. If the body is prone to infection, it is essential to follow a cleansing diet for at least 21 days for the body to cleanse thoroughly and vitalize the immune system.

This cleansing diet can consist of eating only seeds, vegetable juices, fruits, vegetable milks and 2 liters of pure water per day.

In any infection, you should avoid foods that foster and encourage disease as all processed, white bread, irritants (vinegar, ketchup, mustard, pepper, etc.) Cow's milk (very harmful bacteria) and white sugar and all products that have it (impairs the immune system and only produces toxins)

Foods that should be included in a cleansing diet that are potent to fight infections are:

GARLIC: Doctor number one against infection, helps to debug deeply intestines and blood, quickly sweeping germs and bacteria because of its powerful antibiotic properties. To use garlic, it should be taken on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water or at night before bed.

GARLIC TEA: Garlic tea is a powerful healing elixir to combat respiratory infections and urinary tract. To do this you, crush two raw garlic cloves and add a cup of hot water over it. Drink for seven days without food, chewing garlic.

CARROT: strengthens the immune system and cleanses the intestine, helping the digestive system to eliminate waste substances and sweep the fat stuck in arteries and veins.

ONION: powerful cleanser and excellent remedy to fight infections. Eating two tablespoons of raw onion after eating will help eliminate any harmful substance and help intestines quickly.

ONION TEA: The onion with lemon tea is excellent for skin s, nails, stomach, kidney and lung infections. To do this, you just add three tablespoons of raw onion to a cup of boiling water. Add the juice of two lemons and drink it before bedtime daily for 7 days. Continue with this every other day until the infection is away.

CRANBERRY JUICE: ideal for fighting infections, it prevents bacteria from sticking to the body and rapidly eliminates it. This juice should be drunk on an empty stomach and you should avoid eating anything else for 20 minutes.

CITRUS FRUIT: oranges, lemons, grapefruit, etc., appear to be the most powerful fruits against infection, are rich in vitamin C, detoxify the body quickly and easily drag killing the bacteria. They are rich in enzymes and highly nutritious minerals for the immune system.

RADISHES: great for fighting infections, with a high content of vitamin C, excellent for removing debris accumulated in the body, very effective for removing nitrosamines, compounds that are very harmful to health caused by the consumption of refined products that contains dyes and aggressive agents. The radish can be taken in juice or salad. Radish and carrot juice is great for healing skin infections as well as help to combat all respiratory, throat and urinary tract infections. TEA TO REDUCE FEVER (antipyretic): calendula, mullein, ginger, willow, elderberry, lotus blosson and cypress.

ANTIBIOTIC AND ANTIVIRAL INFUSIONS: Prepare an infusion with some of these herbs: Eucalyptus, lichen, oregano, savory, cypress, swab, hops, rosemary, lemon balm, walnut, lotus blossoms, sandalwood and cinnamon.

INFUSION TO STRENGTHEN DEFENSES: orange blossom, horsetail, elderflower, lemon.
