Health, vigor and vitality depend on a clean, healthy and vigorous blood flow. We know that blood is spread and nourishes the entire body of nutrients and oxygen necessary to defend in further acts of countless diseases. Therefore if this is not in optimal conditions, although we eat properly we cannot nourish the body and defend it, among other things, the harmful effects of pollution affect mainly the skin and hair in which we can realize that is not only our food, but our blood and circulation.

Revitalizing blood

First we need to take adequate amounts of iron, which is essential for forming red corpuscles and hemoglobin regeneration. A deficiency of this mineral can cause, among other things, pale face and lips, lack of energy, weakness, psychological depression, fatigue and even headaches. Women require more iron than men due to their functional needs such as menstruation and pregnancy. The approximate amount required is 18 milligrams a day. It is important that the iron is consumed from natural sources like fruits, vegetables and other organic foods, as chemical sources of iron are irritating to the stomach. Then we give you a list of foods rich in calcium:

  • Almonds: half cup is equivalent to 3.3 mg of iron
  • Dates: One cup is equal to 5.7 mg of iron
  • Lentils: One cup is equivalent to 4.2 mg of iron
  • Prune juice: One cup is equal to 9.8 mg of iron
  • Radishes: 5 large amount is equal to 1.0 mg of iron
  • Soy Bean: One cup is equivalent to 5.5 mg of iron
  • Beer yeast: quarter cup equals 5.0mg iron

Caring blood

A poor blood with low nutrient not only can cause anemia, malnutrition, infections and a number of consequences, but the most affected organs are the skin, hair and nails.

To have a healthy blood, the first thing to do is clean it thoroughly. This requires that you begin to consume while fasting some citrus, especially lemon, to clean the blood of all those materials that do not help and hinder the optimum condition. I recommend (again) taking in the morning and fasting half a glass of warm water with the juice of two lemons or three. You'll see how effective this remedy is to begin to cleanse your blood of toxic elements.

It is also necessary that you begin to avoid all those foods are not nutritious and that interfere with your health. Leaving, for example, refined sugars, bread and canned foods and processed that only give the feeling of satiety but do not provide any nourishment to the body.

On the other hand, if you really love your beauty, you have to do everything possible to increase your consumption of fruits and vegetables throughout the year. The proteins, vitamins and minerals are actually a vegetable elixir for the skin and hair.

Blood not only depend on its nutrients, but the ability to irrigate the force of these nutrients in your body. For this, nothing better than exercise. The movement of the body in any discipline is of great help to strengthen the entire cardiovascular system. In particular I recommend swimming, hiking and gymnastics.

The tilted table is another powerful tool to overcome the effect of gravity and stimulate circulation in the opposite direction. Being twenty minutes on the table helps the rich blood to reach the head, hair and skin, providing nutrients and oxygen.

Fruit juices that give youthful

Here we suggest some juices to purify blood as promote a healthy body and rejuvenated. Remember that if you get a healthy and clean blood, you are ensuring the indefinite extension of cell regeneration, and this means prolonging the youthful looks.
