Delta Diet: The diet of the new millennium

Published: 05/25/2009 - Updated: 09/30/2018

We have learned to eat in many ways, considering the calories, vitamins, minerals, protein, energy content, and so on. However, just as everything evolves, the diet should also be adjusted gradually to new strategies that are beginning to draw attention, strategies with very different concepts from those we know and have learned.

Quantum medicine (or energy) has long believed that the vibrational frequency of food is one of the key points to influence either positively or negatively through food. This attractive design to eat from a new perspective by emphasizing the importance of taking into account that we are not only physical beings and body, but we are energetic beings, influenced directly by the energy of many factors including the food, which, as us, not only is physical but is full of energy.

The Delta diet

The diet should maintain a balance of energy to ensure harmony and balance, the health of the physical body. For this, we must take into account that everything you eat is absorbed into the body and energy will be reflected later in the functions of the organism.

Based on the above, this diet classifies foods into seven groups, each group is related to one of the main body's chakras (energy centers) along the spine and associated with 7 different colors, the same occurring in the rainbow.

The theory suggests that to keep us in perfect condition it is necessary to ingest a daily amount of each of the seven types of food, so, respecting the biorhythms of the body, a diet based on this theory has to be programmed according to the following:

Meals and types of food to be eating

Purple food (breakfast): These foods belong to the blue, and are those which provide energy to start making good dose of energy. These foods are given in the morning, at breakfast time.

Yellow, orange, green and red food (lunch): These foods provide energy to maintain body, and restore energy levels. These are the foods recommended in the lunch.

White food (dinner): these foods provide relaxation and help the body both physically, emotionally and mentally. These foods are good for dinner.

Classification of color

Purple food group: This group includes oil, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, also the yogurt (or Bulgarian), honey (natural), coconut, etc. Those foods that nourish organs: pineal gland, cell nucleolus, nuclei of the hypothalamus, genetic patterns of DNA-based, skin.

Red food group: those that contain animal protein such as meat (chicken, fish, etce'tera), cheese, eggs and others. In this group there are the sprouts, the mascabado (brown sugar) and so on. Organ that they nourishe; circulatory system, bone marrow, vagina, blood plasma, mouth, circulatory system and muscle.

Green food group: here are all green vegetables: spinach, broccoli, watercress, celery, lettuce, alfalfa, parsley, cilantro, etc.. Nourished bodies, ear, bladder, kidney, adrenals, prostate, skin, central nervous system (cerebellum, brain) testes, ureters, urethra.

Yellow food group: vegetables, pinto beans, black or white, lentils, chickpeas, beans, etc.. Bodies: digestive system, liver, colon, duodenum, small intestine, ovary, uterus, gallbladder, tissue collagen.

White food group: grains (wheat, oats, rye, quinoa, amaranth, pasta, bread, rice, oats, rye, barley) etc.. Organ that nourishes; respiratory system (lungs, bronchi, trachea, etc.) thymus, appendix, pancreas, bones, skin, pharynx, serous membranes, parathyroid, lymph system, nervous system and bone.

Blue food group: all dried fruit (figs, apples, prunes, raisins, ectétera) Bodies feeds: ligaments, hypothalamus, pylorus, lymphatic system, optical system, tendons, connective tissue.

Orange food group: vegetables and legumes that are not green (carrots, potatoes, pumpkins, beets, etc.). Organs feeds: endometrium, pituitary, adenohypophysis, fat mass, mucous membranes, genetic patterns of function.

Each of the food group is related with one of the 7 main chakras along the spine. Each of these energy centers governs certain emotions, organs and systems of the individual.

Following this diet will not break the natural harmony of the body, making it aging very slowly and with much force, health and harmony.

An example to create a menu according to the above would be as follows:

Breakfast (blue group): A yogurt with honey and almonds or walnuts (or natural granola).

Lunch: any kind of meat with a salad of sprouts.

However, creativity depends on each person to create own meals.
