The advantages of organic production are evident

Scientific studies show that organic foods are healthier than conventional ones, biological experts say.

However, occasionally there are always critics who want to believe that there was no difference. "Actually, -says Shane Heaton, scientific nutrition and author of Organic Agriculture, Food Quality and Human Health- there are mountains of evidence when one stops to observe the situation carefully.

The scientific evidence shows that organic foods are richer in minerals and vitamin C than conventional products.

Artificial fertilizers stimulate growth; the conventional plants are swollen with water.

By contrast, the dry mass is higher in organic products, reports the Australian eco BFA.

    Haha. Yes. I agree. And I also think that the way in which the title and the length (or shortness, rather) of the article both encompass the fact that there’s really not a whole lot more to say than…”duh!” Organic is better (than the conventionally grown, pesticide ladden produce purchased in supermarkets)
