This is just what I want, just to spend some time for myself by relaxing my whole body and mind and forget about the silly problems of the normal life, I hope to find a good place like a spa and take a day to spoil myself, but I hope it?s not too expensive, because I shouldn?t worry about money while relaxing in the steam room right?

I live in Alaska, and sometimes we have very, very cold, dry winters. This year, fortunately, it has been fairly mild, and acutally raining a lot. but we havea sauna in the garage, and any time my bones get achy from the cold, I take a sauna for as long as I can tolerate, and then stretch. Genearlly I feel right as rain afterwards.
