Published: 11/24/2012 - Updated: 08/31/2016

Does your hair fall frequently? Is it poor, dry and mistreated? Do you think you could lose your beautiful hair? No matter whether you are male or female or how old you are, hair loss can affect young adults and both men and women. One of the most common causes of very slow hair growth, dryness or frequently falling hair is low in nutrients in diet combined with stress, which causes asphyxiation of hair follicles causing hair fall.

If you want your hair to recover and grow faster, drink some of these juices daily following recommendations in each case.

General note: You can choose a juice per day and vary daily. It is also recommended to choose a juice or two a week and then change and choose two others.

JUICE # 5 for a healthy and growing hair

Other foods that tone the hair and help it to grow:

Extra virgin olive oil, avocado, garlic, blueberries, citrus, pistachios, sunflower seeds, sesame, linseed, fish (tuna, salmon, etc.), vegetable milks, etc.

Drink the midmorning juices with two tablets of brewer's yeast. If you combine this with a massage in your scalp to relax, you’ll see how your hair improves. If you want to know how to do this massage, just gently rub your fingertips over your scalp in a circular way. Do the massage on nights when the hair is dry, it will help you to relax and improves circulation, oxygenation and nutrition to your hair; it will be more relaxed and able to absorb the nutrients.

Awesome recipes! They look healthy and delicious as well. I wish my family wouldn?t complain about doing different kind of juices, but they do. So I?m going to try this for myself, juice #1 seems very interesting! Nice article, keep on going!

my hair tends to be oily so what’s the recommendation in that case if I want it to shine but not with the oily way?

Lots of recipes I see. Thanks for those. I have heard that a daily oil massage stimulates hair growth. I would think this is true as it increases blood flow to the area. I’ll have to give some of these recipes a try. Thanks for all the advice. I like that they all use household items too…not random weird things you’d have to make a special trip to the store to buy.
