Here my favorite, very difficult to find in stores or restaurants.
Must be prepared few time before serving.
Baklawa of nate (the layer of cream resulting after boiling and cooling whole milk)

Phyllo dough, it can be found in middle-east or greek stores.
melted butter, the quantity needed to spread in several layers of phyllo dough.

Place a layer of phyllo dough in a squared or rectangular pyrex, spread the melted butter, then other layer, until 3 or 4 sheets.
    Bake until golden brown.

Set apart until it gets cold.

Also prepare a syrup with sugar and orange blossom tea.

When cool, cut the phyllo dough at the half.
Carefully place apart one half. (or cook two trays or pyrex of the same size)

Spread some syrup on the phyllo in the pyrex, then place the nata, then cover with the second half, and spread syrup again.

This tastes very good, but must be eaten at the moment before the milk on the nata softens the crusty dough.

Because nata is difficult to find, and milk is not real anymore, this baklawa, and because the short life of the product, it is just eaten in parties or as a home made dish.

Cream is something very delicious and enjoyable but you should have a lot of care while eating it, it is a shame that there isn?t an alternative for eating cream that doesn?t contain a lot of fat but since this is not real, you should have to reduce the amount you consume to avoid unnecessary calories

you can use the same cream that the milk forms, if you cannot find it but that is almost impossible since there are many companies that sell the cream for preparations especially in the bakery aspect, which needs a lot of this ingredient…

are those recipes healthy? I always thought that cream was one of the worst things to eat… its must have many calories I think

These recipes sound dangerously tasty. I used to live with my mother-in-law who loves to bake, and within the 7 short months that we were at their house, I gained 4 pounds! She bakes with a lot of creams, so I am now wary of eating creams!
