Recipes of cakes and biscuits without eggs

Do not leave your kid without a delicious cake in birthday, if he or she cannot eat eggs or milk because is allergic, try these recipes that are sure to enchant. If in these recipes are any ingredients you are allergic to, you can replace with other ingredients.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 450 grams of whole meal flour
  • 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 300 grams of icing sugar
  • 125 ml. of vegetable oil
  • 300 ml of pure water
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
  • Chocolate coating (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl and add the sugar.
  3. Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl. Add to bowl of dry ingredients and mix until it is blended and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased round cake pan about 23 cm. and bake for about an hour.
  5. If the oven was too hot, to avoid obscuring the cake, it can be covered with aluminum.
  6. When ready, remove from oven and let cool in pan.
  7. Unmold the cake and decorate with whipped cream. You can decorate with chocolate chips or pieces of amaranth.

Strawberry cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of strawberries, chopped, well washed and disinfected
  • 2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 / 2 cup of cocoa
  • 3 / 4 cup of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 2 cups of water

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa.
  2. Add oil, stir, add vinegar, stir, add vanilla and stir. Pour water and mix.
  3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until dry. Decorate with cream and strawberries previously placed and soaked in a little brown sugar. You can fill with strawberry jam before decorating.

Peach Biscuit

Ingredients

  • A pint of soy milk
  • A natural yoghurt
  • An oil pan
  • Sugar
  • Peaches
  • Three cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 envelope of yeast royal
  • Lemon zest

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients,
  2. Bake at 175-180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cake without egg

Ingredients

  • 125 grams of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar (200 grams)
  • 3 cups of flour (360 grams)
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Grated lemon or orange
  • 1 cup of milk (250cc.) or 1 / 2 cup of milk and 1 / 2 cup of yogurt

Preparation

  1. Put butter in a bowl, beat it a little.
  2. Then add sugar, beating until it forms a cream.
  3. Sift flour with baking powder and add twice the previous preparation interspersed with milk.
  4. If necessary, add a little more milk or yogurt.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold of 24cm in diameter, greased and floured.
  6. Take to moderate oven for 40 minutes or until cooked and golden.
  7. Remove, wait a few minutes, then unmold.
  8. You can sprinkle with icing sugar and in the center with some cocoa.

Biscuit without egg

Ingredients

  • A cup of flour
  • Half cup of sugar
  • Half cup of water
  • 250 grams of butter
  • Two tablespoons of oil and two of water
  • One tablespoon of baking powder
  • Lemon zest

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour with sugar, a pinch of salt, water, or soft margarine and lemon peel while you preheat the oven to high heat.
  2. Moreover, mix two tablespoons of oil with the two of additional water, adding baking powder and bringing the mixture.
  3. Mix until dough forms a smooth mass, pour the preparation in baking mold, without filling it completely. Cook for 10-15 minutes, just until when you put a knife in center and it comes out clean.

    Amazing, well actually I?m not allergic to egg or milk but I don?t really like the taste or something in the smell, so I prefer things that don?t contain egg, these recipes seem delicious, easy to prepare and they are healthy since they don?t contain a lot of sugar and use natural ingredients, so I?m going to ask my wife to prepare one of them for my birthday haha

    But why on earth would you want to leave the eggs out?! they always make them so fluffy and soft!! We kept ducks for a ocuple years when we lived in Oregon, and they faithfully laid us about 3 eggs a day (we had 3 hens), and they were GREAT for cooking with. But if we ever need to go without…I’ll know where to look
