Actually, there are no plants that make you "lose weight" but they help implement weight control diets, promote fluid elimination, decrease appetite or facilitate kidney and digestive functions. In conclusion, they can supplement our diet and exercise plan, but we must remember that they are not "miraculous", but their properties, however, make us easier to follow diet also enhancing its effect by promoting weight loss.

Best food and supplements for lose weight

Here is some food recommended for overweight or weight control:

Artichoke

For its purifying action, it stimulates bile secretion acting on constipation. It is especially useful in the case of congestion or sluggish liver and poor digestion of fats.

Pineapple stem

It promotes movement and elimination of fat deposits. It is indicated to remove the weight associated with fluid retention or in the case of cellulite.

Chitosan

Although it is not a plant, but the cuticles of crustaceans, it is a natural element that is not absorbed or digested. When reaches the stomach, it attracts lipids and eliminate them in excretion.

Grapefruit Tea to burn fat

Ingredients:

  • ½ liter of water
