"Let food be your medicine and medicine your food"

EATING HEALTHY is the first cooking show focused on urban health and well-being through the consumption of natural and organic foods. With the aim of disseminating and promoting ecological culture has designed a circuit of 2 fairs in the city center (1) Puerta de la Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Santa Cruz (2) Plaza Lavapies.

This initiative seeks to bring residents and tourists a variety of foods for good health and respect for life.

In its first edition, HEALTHY EATING will have 20 quality exhibitors ready to showcase and sell their products at the heart of the capital. The fair is free and open to the general public with the opportunity for exhibitors to enter new markets where access is difficult.

EATING HEALTHY is located in one of the most visited areas of the city next to the emblematic Plaza Mayor, a reference point for tourists and visitors, and the Plaza de Lavapies the new bohemian area of Madrid.

We know the great interest in organic food and know that there is lack of information on the subject. We believe in the growth of the sector and will continue to gamble on new projects to help its development and reputation.

Circuit: Plaza Lavapies 19 to June 21
Plaza de Santa Cruz 25 to June 28

I think the subject of eating healthy really needs to be addressed a lot more seriousy than it is right now. It’s great the Michelle Obama is addressing childhood obesity, because the truth is, our manners of eating is killing the human race with sickness.
