Hey! Amazing recipes, last week I prepared a delicious salad and I included some nuts, which my family considered strange and weird but after eating it they were amazed, so it?s good to find other recipes to try new flavors and things. Nuts are very healthy for the entire body and their fat is very good for the skin so I?m going to include them more often for sure.

I LOVE salads but one of the “problems” I have with them is that sometimes I end up eating the whole salad and just feel unsatisfied. Adding nuts to them is a super great idea, and also adds a great source of protein! I hadn’t thought about ading them before, but I’m super excited to try these recipes!
