I have consumed a lot beans since a long time ago because now I am a vegetarian and I am taking advantage of the huge protein content of them, especially with rice, I just love preparing just a main dish made with rice and beans and maybe a small salad, pretty enjoyable

Great recipes, these look really good. I’ve been wanting to cook with more beans for quite some time because they’re so cheap and so good for you. It’s a great combination for anything really…soups, rice, burritos….These look like great recipes.
