Preparation

Elaboration

  2. Cut finely garlic and onion. Sauté in a pan with olive oil until they are transparent. Add the drained mushrooms and sauté a few minutes. Pour the soy sauce, chopped parsley and some salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Stir well, away from heat and let stand for 2 hours.

Guava and milk jelly

Ingredients

  • 8 guavas
  • 8 envelopes of gelatin
  • 1 Philadelphia cheese (normal size)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Water, the necessary

Procedure

  1. Wash the guavas and split, remove seeds and place them in blender.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, following the instructions on the box.
  3. Place the cheese in the blender and condensed milk.

    Good recipes, my other used to prepare me sardine with everything and even though many people dislike it, it doesn?t bother me and this is a fish with highly value talking about the minerals and vitamins, so everybody should include it in the diet, and the other recipes look good too!

    Canned fish is gross…but if you can come by the fresh fish, I would definitely advise trying these recipes out!! I never eat canned fish, unless it was caught and preserved by a local family, or ourselves. The canned stuff you buy in the supermarket generally contains the worst quality of fish you can find.
