Promoting organic products in April’s Fair

Published: 04/27/2007 - Updated: 04/14/2014

The Association Andalusian Organic Agriculture Committee (CAAE) has led the promotion of organic food to the Andalusian April’s Fair of Seville.

The initiative is part of the Plan of Promotion of organic products of Andalusian CAAE Association, supported by the Andalusian Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, conducted in various locations in the autonomous community of Andalusia.

Between Wednesday and Saturday of Fair (25th to April 28th), informational brochures were distributed promotional fans at access points to the Royal Seville, which is expected this week will receive around 600,000 visits.

The brochures include information on organic agriculture and food production, its characteristics and properties.

The overall aim of the campaign is to offer organic products and encourage consumption to Andalusians. Therefore, they have chosen high-profile social events to introduce the campaign.

Andalusia, leading Spanish production with a total of 537,269 acres enrolled, represents over 57% of the certified organic food in Spain.

The objective of the sector is now increasing recognition by consumers of these products of the highest quality.

A very important topic to talk about, there are many factor about this, and still if there are many spaces to help people to work, there is so much damage to the whole planet, and where will we be if there is no planet? So we must all change the mentality and help the planet and not otherwise

I’m finding this article quite a bit late, but I was curious to see how the fair turned out, and if they decided to make it an annual event. If so, I would be interested in getting more information about upcoming fairs that I could attend, both my husband and I are very interested.
