International organic wine tasting in Nuremberg
Fair at Nuremberg hosted the tasting of the most important international organic agriculture wines last weekend (25 & 26.11.2006). In the modern Exhibition Centre CCN Ost, 1,129 wines from 294 winemakers from 13 countries at the International Wine Award BioFach 2007 (from 15 to 18.2) In the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, and also to sensitive sensory organs of famed presented sworn specialized. Thus, the increased number of wines submitted a year – this time in a significant 45%.
The international jury, composed of 43 members from the fields of oenology, cuisine and commerce, was pretty busy for two days. The sensory expert Martin Darting, once again organizes the BioFach Wine Award for showing great commitment and understanding, he was very satisfied with the quality differentiated structures of the wines presented.
The awards will be presented on February 15th, 2007, at a ceremony as part of the VIP round at the opening of BioFach . With over 300 suppliers of wine, cava and champagne , BioFach is at the same time, the world's largest organic wine fair.
