Having time for yourself can be difficult sometimes. Work, kids, home, just add more stress to our lives.

After returning to work, go to a beauty salon seems a daunting task. Now, you don’t need not spend a fortune on facial packages and beauty treatments or keep looking for discounts on spa and salon for facial deals, because you can make an easy treatment with ingredients you probably have in your kitchen now.

Cleaners

Cleansing is the first step to have a clean and glowing skin. Every day, your face is exposed to dirt and strong sunlight, which robs your skin glow. Therefore, the cleaning is the most important part of skin care.

Add a stick gel of Aloe Vera, mix with 2 tablespoons of milk and apply on the face.
Mix 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of honey. Apply the mixture on the face, neck and wash with cold water after a few minutes.

Or just wash your face with lemon juice or fresh milk.

The herbal steam

The steaming process can help clear your skin of dirt that is present in the pores. This dirt accumulates during the day and really gets into your pores, decreasing circulation. You can do it as a part of your daily routine.

Boil some water in a pot and use a towel over your head to steam your face. Watch out, it can be very hot; its regular use will make your skin look clearer, cleaner and smoother.

If you want to make your experience more beneficial, you should add some herbs to the water. The addition of chamomile will do wonders. But limit your exposure to only twenty minutes. This ensures that the black spots emerge from the pores.

Green tea is the most effective in controlling pimples and acne. Mix four tablespoons of green tea in water, add six tablespoons of minced ginger and boil, cover your head with a towel and steam your face.

If you have scaly patches or dry skin, apply a thin layer of moisturizer before you get steamed.

Exfoliate dead cells

Exfoliation not only removes dead skin cells, it also removes grease and dirt that is in the pores and cause acne outbreaks.

Oatmeal serves as a wonderful exfoliant and also absorbs and removes dirt and impurities leaving skin nourished and hydrated.

Combine one tablespoon of ground oatmeal with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, add 1 tablespoon of water to make a paste. Gently rub the skin with circular motions, let stand for five to 10 minutes and then wash.

For your lips: Remember that your lips need care. Mix two tablespoons of sugar with honey, make a paste and apply it consistently nice on your lips. Rub and let it stay for a while, wash.

Excessive exfoliation can be aggressive with your skin, so it is recommended to do it once or twice a week only.

Face masks

Everything you eat can also be applied on the face. It may be banana, watermelon, mango and almost all fruits.

The best is the honey. It contains alpha hydroxy acids, which give elasticity, help balance greasy skin, stimulates collagen production and minimizes fine lines and wrinkles, making you look younger.

For dry skin

Nothing can work better than milk cream. It is a natural moisturizer. Mix a few drops of cream, and rub on the face and lips. Opt for a hot shower after and see the result immediately.

For greasy skin

An effective exfoliant for greasy skin can be prepared with almonds and honey. Almonds have a natural property to white skin. Therefore, it also serves to remove stains from the skin.

Another remedy you can use is to mix the egg’s white part with oatmeal in a bowl and apply on the skin, let dry, then remove.

good to see that the solution of many skin problems can be at HOME, because many products claim being the perfect but they just make everything worse
