The Kiwi is an exotic little fruit that comes from the slopes of the Himalayas, stands out for its vitamin C (double of an orange). Its major component is water and has a moderate energy intake. Also contains B vitamins, including folate, and vitamin E. The Kiwi is rich in potassium and is a very effective gentle laxative. In hot weather, kiwi, besides being fresh and special taste, helps keep the skin well hydrated and prevent disease.

It is always fun to learn new recipes especially some that tell you to cook the kiwi which I considered a bad idea but maybe for the purpose it is good as you can show a nice dish with kiwi and a different taste, very good thanks a lot for always keeping me surprised.

Do you know that Kiwi is the only food that has a unique enzyme called Actinidin. This enzyme has a benefit on digestion of meat proteins. Thus if you eat a heavy meat meal, you can eat kiwi with according to a New Zealander research.

Tofu, rice and kiwi!! What an amazingly odd combination of ingredients, and I love it! I can’t wait to try it, I love all of those things independently, and I can only imagine how they taste when combined in that recipe together. Thanks so much!
