Discovering the Manual Therapies


Manual Therapies are a set of techniques that are based on manual manipulation of joints and soft tissues, in order to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, relieve muscle contractures, improve movement, and restore health. There are many techniques, including massages.

Physiotherapy


Physiotherapy is a science of Health that offers a non-pharmacological therapeutic alternative to treat symptoms of acute and chronic diseases. Physiotherapy is very effective when it has been lost or at risk of losing or altering the normal movement of the body and its parts temporarily or permanently, recovering this and all physical functions through scientific techniques. Among them, he uses rehabilitation through massages, physical exercise, massage therapy, electrotherapy, etc.

Digitopuncture


Digitopuncture is a technique originally from China, derived from acupuncture, which stimulates energy points through the fingers. The energy points are communicated with each other by the meridians, or conductive elements of the energy.

Osteopathy


Osteopathy relates most diseases with problems in the musculoskeletal system and the structure and function of the body. The musculoskeletal system is composed of nerves, muscles and bones, interconnected with each other.

Reflexology


Reflexology is a zonal therapy that stimulates points on the feet, hands, nose or ears, generating a positive effect on other parts of the body. The whole body, muscles and skin are communicated and the information reaches the spinal cord that leads to the brain.

Shiatsu

It is also related to other practices such as Tai Chi and Yoga whose purpose is to maintain a correct body posture and improve breathing.

Kinesiology


Kinesiology is a therapy that assesses the responsiveness of muscles to detect imbalances in our body, prevent or correct disorders, especially due to muscle reaction due to stress or overload.

Chiropractic


Chiropractic performs manipulations on the spine and other parts of the body to correct postural problems, relieve pain and increase the body's natural ability to self-heal.
