If all salads contain lots of enzymes and antioxidant elements, the combination of certain vegetables with seeds or other nutrients causes that assimilative and rejuvenating properties get accentuated.

These salads will help you nourish your skin and repair and rejuvenate tissue. If you suffer from illness and want a cleansing diet to help you repair organs and tissues or eliminate harmful toxins and fat, eat for 2 or 3 days only salads, and choosing the one you like.

Repairing Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 cup of  soya bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame 
  • 1 spoonful of pollen
  • 1 red tomato

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and garnish with tomato and sprinkle with sesame.

Nutrient and Repairing Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • 2 teaspoons of finely minced fresh onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 raw egg yolk
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Tamari sauce to taste
  • Cooked and peeled prawns

Preparation

  1. Wash the lettuce. Cut the cabbage and onion into strips, put them in a salad bowl. Add bean sprouts drained and peeled and grated carrot. Add the prawns.
  2. Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing soybean oil, olive oil, egg yolk, lemon juice and tamari sauce to taste. Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Bathe salad with the sauce.

Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of brown rice
  • 1 cup of chopped white onion
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup of cooked corn, shelled
  • 1 cup of cooked asparagus pieces
  • 2 cups of shredded spinach
  • 1/2 cup of green olives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Put rice in a bowl, cover it with water and let soak for 24 hours. Drain and cook in a saucepan over medium heat with five cups of water and two tablespoons of salt to a boil. Cover and let simmer for 25 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Aside in a bowl, mix the onion, previously washed, with lemon juice and let marinate for ten minutes.
  3. In a bowl mix the rice with peppers, corn, asparagus, spinach, olives and oregano, then add the marinated onions and olive oil, season with salt and pepper and serve.
  4. To cook the corn, put to boil over medium heat two cups of water with the juice of half a lemon, two teaspoons of sugar and a quarter teaspoon of anise, add the sweet corn and cook for about eight minutes.
  5. Cook asparagus in boiling salted water for three minutes and then put in cold water.

Rejuvenation Alfalfa Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of alfalfa sprouts, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup of cooked corn kernels
  • 1 red and green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 6 large lettuce leaves, washed and disinfected
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add corn kernels with diced peppers and season with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. On each lettuce leaf, place a portion of alfalfa sprouts.
  3. Pour over corn mixture.

Raw Salmon salad to Rejuvenate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 Sea Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 salmon fillet marinated with lemon, salt and tamari
  • 1 red onion confit
  • 1 cup of cooked brown rice
  • Virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Once marinated salmon, place on a plate with alfalfa sprouts. Marinate the salmon with salt and wrap it with lemon and onion.
  2. To assemble, place rice in bowl and place the salmon wrapped in sea lettuce in the middle. Add a splash of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.

    Amazing recipes to improve the menu in my home! I think they seem delicious and kind of easy to do since they are salads, right? very healthy as well. I?m going to try them right now! I know they are just perfect to feel healthy and young. Keep on going doing things like this one

    Wow! I love salads. We’re coming into winter, however, so I won’t be eating as many salads, and I ‘m kind of bummed now because I just foudn all these amazing sounding recipes, but I don’t really eat salads in the winter very often. I usually stick to soups, but come this summer, I’ll definitely give them a try!
