Soymilk is derived from the seeds of soybean. It is especially suitable for people who either do not tolerate milk or cannot take it because they have lactose intolerance, a component that does not have this food. Here are some recipes:

Pancakes with Soy Milk

Ingredients:

  • 750 cc of soymilk
  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour from organic agriculture
  • 2 eggs (or one if you do not want to spend much)
  • 50 grams of melted butter (or olive oil)

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs, add a little flour and mix with beater wire ensuring that no lumps remain. Add a little milk and flour alternately, ending both.
  2. At the end add butter and let stand 1 / 2 hours. Make pancakes in a skillet with butter or oil sketch.
  3. Get about 20 medium sized pancakes.

Béchamel sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 / 4 liters of soy milk
  • 1 1 / 2 tablespoon of cornstarch (or corn flour)
  • 30 grams of butter
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg c / n

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve the starch in a little cold water and add the remaining milk.
  2. Cook over minimum fire stirring until thick. Add butter and seasoning.

Mornay Sauce

Prepare a white sauce, add cream (1 / 4 of the total sauce), beaten egg yolks (amount to taste) grated cheese and AI final.

Chocolate Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 / 4 liter of Soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar cane
  • 1 1 / 2 tablespoon of potato starch (or flour)
  • 1 cup of chocolate bar

Preparation:

  1. Mix the starch with a little cold milk and add sugar, chopped chocolate and the rest of the milk.
  2. Warm minimal stirring until thick.

Pastry cream

Ingredient:

  • 1 / 4 liters of soy milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar cane
  • 1 tablespoon of potato starch (or flour)
  • Essence of Vanilla c / n

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan mix sugar, starch and egg yolks, adding the cold milk on it little by little.
  2. Warm minimum stirring until thick.

Tropical Fruit shake with soymilk

Ingredients:

  • Banana 110 gr
  • 100 gr of Mango
  • Papaya 50g
  • 50 g of pineapple
  • 1 dl of soy milk
  • 200 gr of orange

Preparation:

  1. Squeeze the oranges and reserve juice.
  2. Peel banana, pineapple, papaya and mango and together in a mixer.
  3. Crush the fruit gradually adding the soy milk and orange juice.
  4. Serve in cups or tall glass.
  5. Heat the sugar until it reaches a point of candy. Add rum Havana and let reduce alcohol. Add a dash of lemon so that the caramel does not crystallize.
  6. Add caramel and stir the batter.

    Most people do not like the soy milk because they think the taste is bad or they are just too used to the normal milk but they should understand how your body can win just changing the habit of drinking cow?s milk and replacing it for something so good and delicious too

    Thanks for these recipes! The chocolate cream was just what I was looking for! I’ve been looking for a sweet, chocolate topping to place on top of fruit parfaits, and even my oats in the morning (i know…I’m bad…) The pastry cream sounds super good too. Any recipes for how to make the pastry vegan?
