Alfalfa is not very tasty for me but my doctor recommended me including it more often because of the properties it contains, I need more iron and other substances and well, other things too but the sprouts are a little bit nice so I think ?i would have them for lunch starting from today

You know I’m going to have to do some research on how to grow your own alfalfa. These recipes look amazing, but I’ve never seen alfalfa in the stores, only the sprouts. I’d really like to start growing a lot of the rare, less conventional vegetables in my garden for next year, adn I think alfalfa is something I’d like.
