Enough food in your diet

  • Daily, include foods rich in vitamin A, which is found in carrots, spirulina algae, fresh vegetables from orange or yellow color (mango, papaya, peaches, melons, etc.). Please consider a contribution of between 700 and 1400 IU.
  • Daily, include in salads or juice onion, a clove of garlic (preferably on an empty stomach with a glass of water as hot as you can), lemon, apple (at night before falling asleep), celery and tomato.
  • Whole grains
  • Fish and foods rich in Omega-3 as cold pressed vegetable oils, soybeans, wheat germ, almonds, and fish such as salmon, tuna, etc.
  • Vegetable Milks
  • Drink: at almost 2 liters of pure water a day.

Decrease the consumption of

Bakery, pastes and dressings as catsup, mustard, vinegar, etc.

Foods you should avoid or eliminate

  • Those rich in bad cholesterol, and animal fats (meat, milk, cheese, sausages, butter).
  • Refined sugar (white) and products (sodas, cookies, candy, canned, etc.).
  • Fried food
  • Junk food and processed.

Here's a sample and recommended diet to follow daily. You can modify the diet with other foods recommended, but try not to combine many foods at the same time for digestion and does not cause putrefaction or fermentation of food quick.

FASTING: drink a glass of water as hot as you can with the juice of a squeezed lemon. Fasting, you can also take raw garlic with hot water, aloe juice or goji berries. Wait 10-15 minutes before breakfast.

BREAKFAST: pick some fruit such as papaya, mango, banana, etc. and eat it either crushed or in a smoothie with soy milk. When you eat fruit, you should wait a while so it does not mix with other foods and do not ferment in your stomach. So wait 30 minutes and then eat what you want for breakfast and accompany with an infusion of green tea, chamomile or lemon.

FOOD: choose a dish you like cooking, such as fish, some soup, a stew, etc. Just choose a casserole dish (hot) and accompanied by a salad of fresh vegetables or fresh vegetable juice (not fruit). If you're thirsty, it's best pure water or warm herbal tea such as peppermint, chamomile, mint, etc., No sugar. Many people are accustomed to sugary drinks during food, but remember it is only education of the palate.

DINNER: A fruit plate with homemade yogurt and honey or linseed toasted bread with avocado, cheese or tofu.

I’m not sure if this description of “fasting” is really accurate or not. The point of fasting is to either completely remove, or drastically reduce, food consumption for a certain period of time. Whenever I fast ( I never do a complete fast), I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the entire day, and cut my calories back to about 500 for one day.
