The sandwich and the baguettes are two popular dishes around the world, highly appreciated for lunch time; we can work in countless ways and add ingredients both salty and sweet. On this occasion, we have chosen recipes that are scrumptious. • 6 chicken breasts cut into steaks
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced tender
  • Clean lettuce leaves and dry well
  • 3 tomatoes, washed and sliced
  • 2 roasted red peppers and cut into strips
  • A little thyme or parsley (which is preferred)

Spread each slice of bread with a little buttermilk or yogurt, up to a leaf of lettuce, then tomatoes and finally the chicken, the sliced onion and some roasted red pepper strips. I love sandwiches! All of them, since they are very versatile and you can include all the ingredients you want, but most of them are not healthy anymore because they include a lot of fatty products as mayonnaise and others, so people think they are bad and that?s not true, you just have to find the right ingredients and prepare them by yourself at home.

I love them too! they can be a complete food if you know to combine the ingredients, try a sandwich of salad and some tuna and that’s enough for me!

those recipes are sweet! I love sandwichs as much as anybody does! and they are great if are healthy, can even be a complete meal, if you know how to preapre them and of course avoiding dressings as they might be more caloric than the whole meal!
