Juice to combat overweight

Celery and carrot juice

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of carrot juice.
  • 1 ½ glassees of celery juice.

Preparation:
Mix the two juices in the blender. Serve and drink immediately.

Function:

  • ½ cup of pink grapefruit juice.
  • 1 lemon, and drink immediately.

It is a powerful fat burning, detoxifying and diuretic, cleanser, mineralizing and moisturizing. It relieves constipation, lowers cholesterol and triglycerides. It contains high fiber, improves slow digestion, reduces fat and promotes weight loss.

We recommend taking a cup every morning.

Low in calories

Spinach juice, carrot and parsley.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of spinach juice.
  • ½ cup of carrot juice.
  • 2 sprigs of parsley.
  • 1 cup of cold water.

Preparation
Blend the ingredients very well. Serve without straining then drink it.

Function
Excellent source of beta carotene, vitamin C, B2, B6, and folic acid. It provides few calories, and it's a rehydration diuretic.
It is laxative, improves digestion by stimulating gastric secretions, cleanses the stomach, and it works for cases of stomach inflammation.

You should drink a glass every morning. To make it more cleanser, you can add a tablespoon of olive oil.

Remember that juices and teas to lose weight, should be used as supplements to a good diet, and an exercise plan, do not forget that these can help enhance the effects of your diet.
