Also it includes recommendations on pruning in the case of old vines or vineyards or land of low fertility, describing various techniques for organic fertilizer and the vine branches like Sarmento and composting, and mineral inputs, focusing on the benefits of green manures and cover.

Another of the chapters of this book is devoted to the regulation of pests and diseases, giving the most common such as phylloxera, the insect of the bunch, the green mosquito avariosis or between pests and powdery mildew, mildew or rotting gray between the disease, detailing the recommended treatments for each.

The publication concludes with a section dedicated to the production and marketing costs, which, for orientation, we examine the distribution of costs in the production of organic table grapes, and yields can reach.
