Homemade food is hygienic, quality, and usually has up to 30% fewer calories than that which you get at restaurants, which is why it's a good option to prepare your food at home to take to the office with you.

For a recipe that suits your needs at work, you should consider how to transport it too: Containers and seal bags are ideal. Choose the options you can keep fresh, i.e. recipes that don’t decompose in the conditions of your office, if you do not always have the advantage of having a refrigerator.

Be sure to have the proper utensils to eat your food on hand.

I have never consider taking food to my work but that?s because I do not have the time, next month my hours will change and probably I will have the time to prepare my lunch at the morning, that would be interesting and surely this article will serve me then, so thanks.

Great ideas! I often end up taking the same meals over and over again for lunch at work or worse, I sometimes buy cookies from the nearest convenience store. I’ll make sure to cook this recipes to spice things up.

Wait wait wait!! The whole point of having a lunch hour is to take a break!! Get out of your offices people! Go get some fresh air! I used to work at a clinci and we had 12 hours shifts, so I spent my hour lunch break either going on a run, or walking around the neighborhoods-best use of office time ever!

These recipes sound really tasty, but they are not what I would immediately think of as “office friendly” food – Who actually does that?! Am I the only person who finds it odd that someone would consider eating lunch in their office? The whole point of lunch break is that you have a BREAK, you get out and breathe some fresh air and enjoy the time you have to eat a tasty and nutritious meal. Leave the office people! Lunch in the office is NOT healthy.
