Olive oilis one of the most profitable oils and nutritional healin . It has some properties that make it ideal for combating and preventing cardiovascular disease, constipation, as well as being very beneficial for the liver, gallbladder , skin , nervous system and brain. In the kitchen is very useful for making salad dressings and cooking all kinds of dishes. Make sure that the oil is cold pressed or virgin, so that has not gone through a process of refinement and contains more pure properties .

Maybe people dislike the salad and things like that because the taste is not strong enough but that is when you need the help of a nice dressing to improve the taste and appearance of the salad, these are pretty easy to do as you can see, and there is a wide variety, thanks for sharing some, I did not know the recipe for chimichurri

These are great recipes, and I’m very inspired just by reading them! I do make a lot of my own salad dressings and dipping sauces for breads and things of the like. Thanks for the great ideas, I’m excited to give them all a try tonight!
