I have always really enjoyed and appreciated people who take palpable hobbies and turn them into beautiful arts. It’s just great that we have the luxury of testing, tasting, and awarding such simple pleasures in life. “simple” doesn’t mean easy, however. It’s beautiful to see people leading such focused lives to dedicate into the creation of their wine and oils.
