The ninth edition of the International Biofach 2007 has included a nice selection of wines from around the world.
Increased demand for organic wines in the world has greatly promoted the holding of competitions for wines of this type, which makes Biofach considered the most important. The jury in charge of giving scores to wines is made by a careful selection of sommeliers, winemakers, distributors, winemakers, journalists and technicians from many different countries which recognized the quality of the wines that won awards in competition. Only those who exceed 90 points out of a possible 100 were awarded with the gold medal. If the score is between 85 and 90 points, got the silver, and if the result is between 80 and 85 points, was recognized with the bronze medal.
