For your manicure at home:
- Before applying polish, pass cotton with water over nails, to be sure to remove the acetone or cleaner residue to prevent the color set.
- With a cotton swab, spread around them a little Vaseline to avoid failing while painting.
- To avoid hangnails, give massage to your nails and cuticles with avocado oil at night.
- And to strengthen them, make a tea with a teaspoon of ponytail and a glass of boiling water every day.
Prevent breakage
Your nails also feed, to avoid being brittle. Blend a cucumber sliced with skin and add a dash of rosemary tea, introduce nails or 10 minutes in the solution and wash. Do it daily and if you are consistent, in a month you will see that they are less fragile.
If they break a lot, probably is due to a deficiency of nutrients, so it is important to include in your diet foods rich in vitamin "A" and "B" as spinach, carrots, seafood, melons, peaches, egg, broccoli, wheat germ and brewer's yeast. Also filing your nails rounded prevents breakage.
Another way to strengthen, especially in cold weather when it is normal to break them easily, is to drink a tea with a spoonful of dried ponytail and ½ cup of boiling water. When cool, put your fingers and remove in five minutes. It is necessary to practice during 15 days.
Diet is also important. For strong nails, consume five almonds every day for two months. This will increase the calcium content, fat and protein, necessary to strengthen them, which will prevent breakage and also will make them grow.
Repair your broken nails
You can patch a broken long fingernail; you just need a tea bag, unused. Cut a piece of paper large enough to cover the crack on both sides of the nail, place it and apply a coat of clear nail polish, bend down and rub varnish. Then let it dry.

Protect nails
Whenever you take off the varnish with acetone, it is important that you remove the remains of this substance, as it can damage some surface of your nails. To achieve strong and beautiful nails, dip a cotton ball in white vinegar, pass it the same way you do with acetone, wash with warm water, and dry well.

Nice tips to achieve strong and beautiful nails! I?m trying to do that but I don?t know why I always break them. Maybe it?s because of the lack of calcium and other minerals in my body but I?m following a healthy diet. So now I?m going to try with this advices but if those don?t work, then maybe it?s a bigger problem, but I don?t know?

The rosemary tea on the tip of my fingers sounds like something very useful to keep the nice and healthy, and of course the diet is something that you cannot put aside as the same importance of taking water to avoid having the nails and the skin dry, this is one solution for problems

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND PAINTING YOUR NAILS OR DO YOU THINK IS BETTER TO KEEP THEM NATURAL?

I really like your nourishing oil!! I frequently have dry cuticle, and get those strips of skin that peel off, and if they keep on going, they did deeper and deeper into the skin, and sometimes they really hurt. This oil has really helped to keep my nails and cuticles moist, so thanks so much!
