Converting food into medicine is not new , the people interested in food know that the food properties when used for this purpose are very effective and tasty to get the much desired health. This is because food, when quality is well combined and used with adequate amounts , helps the body restore its normal balance, in addition to energize and strengthen it where you need it most . However, we must not forget that health is not just based on the sheer power, although it is of paramount importance , a clear mind and emotional health are essential factors involved in the overall harmony of the body.

  • For fatigue, tiredness and hypertension: Banana croquettes
  • For anemia: Cuban black beans
  • Against constipation: Alfalfa and tofu sandwich
  • To combat muscle weakness: Oat and Sesame Bread

For ulcers: Colorful Salad

Ingredients

  • Two cups of fresh kale, chopped and disinfected
  • A cup of afalfa sprouts, washed
  • Juice of two lemons
  • Two tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • Sea salt to taste
  • A splash of soy sauce
  • A pinch of oregano
  • Olive oil, a splash

Procedure

  1. Put the vegetables in a bowl
  2. Add the lemon juice , salt, olive oil , oregano and soy
  3. Mix well and garnish with sesame seeds

For fatigue, tiredness and hypertension: Banana croquettes

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of ripe bananas
  • Half finely chopped onion
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Graham crackers crushed
  • A little butter
  • Cheese or tofu
  • Finely chopped parsley

Procedure

  1. Place sliced bananas in shell to steam.
  2. Once they are cooked , peel and mash them .
  3. Add the onion, parsley , tofu or cheese , salt and a drizzle of melted butter.
  4. Form patties and pass over crushed crackers .
  5. Place in a greased pan and bake at 150 ° C in the preheated oven .
  6. When browned, remove and wait for it to cool slightly .
  7. Serve.

For anemia: Cuban black beans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of black beans
  • One medium onion , diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of soy mince meat ( precooked )
  • 7 bay leaves
  • A teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 3 cloves
  • A small green pepper
  • A cup of seaweed
  • Olive oil
  • The juice of one lemon
  • Sea salt to taste

Procedure

  1. Soak beans overnight.
  2. Boil water and when it boils, put to cook the beans until soft.
  3. Once softened, add the bay leaf , cloves and salt to taste.
  4. Sauté apart, oil , garlic , soy meat onion, pepper and seaweed , about 5 minutes over medium heat .
  5. Mix this with the beans.
  6. Serve warm.

Against constipation: Alfalfa and tofu sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 breads
  • Half cup of alfalfa sprouts
  • A sliver of tofu
  • Purple lettuce leaves , washed and disinfected
  • Tomatoes: 4 slices
  • Olive oil, two tablespoons

Procedure

  1. Spread olive oil, a tablespoon on each slice .
  2. Put toasted bread.
  3. Put the pan over alfalfa sprouts, red tomato slices , lettuce and sliced tofu.
  4. Cover and allow to brown slightly .
  5. Serve hot . When finished, drink a lemon with a little seeds flaxseed .

To combat muscle weakness: Oat and Sesame Bread

Ingredients

  • One cup of whole wheat flour for pancakes
  • Half a cup of oatmeal
  • Three teaspoons of sesame
  • A teaspoon of sunflower oil
  • A splash of soy milk
  • A little butter

Procedure

  1. Mix flour in a container with the rest of the ingredients .
  2. Once fully integrated, heat a pan with oil.
  3. With a tablespoon, take some mixture and pour into the hot pan.
  4. Let it cook about 8 minutes over medium heat and flip
  5. Wait for it to cook on the other side and then serve hot.

    great way of showing the importance of certain foods! a good guide for people who are getting in illness and they can fix that only with changing the food and some habits, I think that almost anyone can achieve this! and thanks for this guide this is even easier…

    so…I don’t consider myself to be a very sickly individual. In fact, I consider myself to be super healthy. But every single one of these recieps (except for the ulcer one) would be beneficial for me!! I do frequently feel tired, but I think that’s because I started traingin for a duathlon again not too long ago. I’ll try them out!!
