You can reduce your Stress

If you arrive home usually concerned, tired, irritable and eager to exploit the problems and tensions that brings you the job, take the time, breathe, do not put a foot in your home with all those bad vibes around you, because will damage the family atmosphere and create situations of conflict with those you love most.

You can control your stress, the first thing to do is take a deep breath, take a walk before opening the front door. Then when you're a little calmer, it's good to try to talk about how you feel with a person of your confidence.

Some people are so affected by the stress that they lose control for any detail and may even lose the desire to sleep, making the insomnia and headaches a daily companion.

If this is your case, it's time to start working, at least to reduce stress in your life.

Breathe slowly and deeply

First you have to concentrate on your breathing, it sounds trite but it is important that through this exercise you can relax and forget about your worries. You must be highly concentrated.

Lying, sitting or standing, seeking comfort, breathe slowly through your nose counting to four, deep breaths until your whole body feel expanded or extended.

Keep the air in the lungs for 10 seconds and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Repeat this operation, placing your hands on your stomach, feel as it expands. You can repeat three or four times.

Little by little you can achieve more expertise in breathing, making it more deeply. You can even change the position of your hands, keeping one in the stomach and one in the chest, you feel the air as well..

When it seems that you can not get more air, make an effort and inhale a bit more oxygen into the lungs and exhale slowly.

As you exhale let all the air out of the chest and stomach, making this for two minutes will make your body and mind relaxed.

Daily exercise

Exercise not only removes toxins and burn calories but can discard the harmful stress that interferes with your breathing and relaxation. Be encouraged to practice daily walk, jog, run, climb stairs, do bicycle, the movement that you enjoy. Improve your circulation and say goodbye to stress. Get a schedule and make it for at least 15 minutes a day.

Plan a trip

Do everything you need to plan a trip, it doesn't need tot be very far or a waste of money. Go to a beach, whatever, what matters is to leave the routine and breathe another air, where you can chat with other people or relax with the family. Enjoy the journey taking pictures, recording, among other activities that make you feel comfortable.

Music Therapy

Have you heard about the power of music?, It's time for you to check out, just by listening to a melody, a rhythm, a song you can enjoy a pleasant time and a food for the soul, so relaxing that you forget your more major concerns. Try to find soft music, instrumental or flute, sounds of nature.

Solve your problems

Do not just try to avoid stress through these recommendations, it is important to try to solve the problems that will generate these continuing state of anxiety, if you do not do this, you will always access to a critical point, making a vicious stress cycle in your life.

To do this, look for support from adults and friends, you need to analize the problem. Even if you cannot solve it completely, you can begin to resolve it slowly.

    Stress is such a huge part of our lives today, and it’s so crazy to think that all of it…we really just make up ourselves. It’s such a harmful and toxic part of today’s cutlure, and I really struggle not to resent the rushed, stress loaded lives that our society leads today. But contempt for such ways of living only creates more stress.
