Bread is a traditional food in the diet of many, and each country has a special way to prepare. However, at any rate to prepare the bread, you need to know that bread is divided into three groups: industrial bread, artisan bread and organic or biological bread.

- Preheat oven to 190 º C.

I have a high cholesterol level according to my doctor and I need to avoid the bakery for a while but my doctor recommended me including whole grain breads to change this and reduce the bad cholesterol, I?m going to show this to my wife and see if she can prepare me some, because I?m such a bread lover haha
Perfect!! those blueberry muffins were just what I was looking for! I’d really like to start baking with more whole grain flour, it’s just hard to find good recipes with it! We picked a lot of fresh blueberries this past fall and we have them stored in the freezer. It’s about time to start making things with them!
