Following something that we like and admire is a way to learn to be what we like to be and venture to play with new proposals. The project models usually have very positive and attractive personality, aspects that many women an men crave. Among these are:

  • Beauty
  • Security, trust, etc.
  • Charisma
  • Naturalness
  • Integrity
  • Elegance
  • Focus, etc.

It is noteworthy that many models actually are not as safe or secure as they are, and may not be as integrated and even "so beautiful" as we perceive it. However, a model has learned to show this has, to do tricks with makeup and clothing, has learned to walk with elegance and security, to look and smile, to feel in control or ownership of another.

Laura Hutton, an American model that was considered "ugly" by their peers, also claimed that she had no appeal and that she felt very unsafe to be very thin and have the eyes a little "together", later learned to take advantage of all her qualities and soon became one of the best models in the media.

As this example, we can mention many others, but what we are really trying to emphasize is that beauty does not need to be "special" or stereotyped; you should not even worry if you're not so sure of yourself and you think you have a "bad" thing in you. In the world of the models, there are always everything: chubby, skinny, with "faults", etc., And yet, every model also has strengths. The secret is to learn to look the best of yourself and for this there are small-big tricks that you can learn very fast and which are the keys to look like a model.

Walking

This is one of the most attractive and sensual facts in models. Have you ever see a model walking bent and/or with a loaded belly out? The models always have a perfect posture, their back is all right at every moment, their shoulders fall gently without being forced, their stomach is constantly tight and in place. You should know that your belly is the one that has the strength and coordinates the movements of your body. So you must try to keep it in good shape and especially don’t let it hang, contract. If you want to practice good posture, walk for 5 or 10 minutes a day with a heavy book on your head. In addition, you should ensure that the toes of your feet do not open when you walk, you should always put one foot after the other in every step you take, and your toe should point forward.

The eyes

Knowing how to look is one of the secrets of the models. Although they are full of reflective and very little can establish eye contact, they certainly know how to look and print some character in their look. In your daily life, you can learn to look in the eye with confidence and with a friendly tone, even to people who do not know, your eyes should be warm and full of confidence.

Show your body like a model

Do not lose sleep thinking that you do not have a model's body and cannot wear clothes like them. You should know that many people, even the same models, complain because their bodies are not ideals and struggle trying to "fix" them. There are many models that feel very insecure and very demanding compared to other, and sometimes need to pretend a lot of security because they feel unsafe. But you can learn not to pretend but to feel really confident. And the main thing to show a body with real confidence is to love your body just as it is. This does not mean that you should be indifferent to it, but it is important to avoid rejecting or criticizing it, because you are rejecting what you are, and always comparing will make you feel very insecure. So you should take into account what makes feel comfortable and healthy to your body. If not, and for example, you have a little overweight, and that makes you feel cumbersome, unattractive or even sick, then you need to diet and pay attention to what you eat, so you will feel good with it. If you feel flabby or shapeless and this does not make you feel comfortable, then you have to exercise it. But remember, all this should make you feel good, and avoid seeking approval of others. Loving your body and ensuring its best is not the same as criticizing and demanding that it must be a certain way. This is the secret that will make you always feel safe in your body.

Your look

Clothes, hairstyle and accessories you use are very important in what you project. However, you should not imitate styles that you do not like, this is the most important, and your style should be very natural and according to your character. If you are undecided about choosing how to look, try playing several styles and try on clothes, hairstyles and accessories until you find one that suits you best.

"Defects" in your body

If you think you are too fat, skinny, short, tall, white, dark, freckled, and so on., Do not worry, many people this thought. There are things in your body that may be able to change to feel better, like losing weight, gaining weight, give shape to your legs, etc. However, some things are more difficult to change, such as skin color, height, etc. Sometimes, makeup, clothing, footwear and accessories can help to disguise or give harmony to the body. However, there are things you need to learn to accept and love, like your skin color, your complexion, your height, etc. Remember that many models have made "their worst faults" their great virtues.

Hey This article is very good! I think that most women and men have felt that they have something bad in their body, even myself.. So it?s important to learn to love ourselves and our body, you can change it with surgery and makeup but if you don?t learn to love what you are, then you won?t be happy at all.

You know, when I saw the titel to this article, at first I was really put off. The femenist voice ringing in my head was immediately set off, saying “women don’t need to look like any models! Women are beautiful just how they are!!”, and then I read the article and was pleasantly surprised to see this view-point reinforced. Thanks!
