You know, I'm not super fond of red teas usually, but after reading this article I think I should try one again. They are frequently a little too strong for me, but they sound fantastic for detoxifying and cleansing the liver. Thanks so much for the great information, I'll definitely keep them in mind!

white tea sounds like the perfect for me, I have tried but I'm not used to drink it, even though sounds like a very good idea, I will do it now, thanks for helping me choose

Very good information, I only have a question, can we vary the teas during the day or the week? Or maybe can we take two or more teas at the same time, those are my doubts and I hope that you can answer me because I?m really interested on following a tea diet
