Do you have scars? Stains? Acne or dermatitis? Ageing skin? If you want to heal or rejuvenate your skin and nothing is giving you results, try these tips with aloe that will surely amaze you. Pure aloe juice (pulp) has been used since ancient times to combat a number of skin conditions, not to mention its highly reparative and rejuvenating effects which gives skin a radiant and fresh appearance.

Did you know that the vast majority of skin problems are caused by the intestines and toxins in the blood? No matter how many remedies you apply on your face, if you do not keep your intestines and blood "clean", the skin will not heal. Aloe Vera, as a matter of fact, has very positive effects on the skin because it has curative properties for the intestines, it cleanses toxins, repairs damaged tissues and also nourishes your skin with lots of antioxidants.

How to diet using Aloe Vera to heal and rejuvenate skin…

It is recommended to apply this diet until you notice results. If you notice, for example, that during the diet you have any symptoms such as stomach pains or headaches, rashes, etc., bear in mind that this diet is designed to mobilise toxins, so these symptoms are considered curative. In other words: They are normal. Very often we carry a lot of toxins in the stomach that, when removed, cause discomfort or sickness. Automatically you may think: "This aloe vera diet or the aloe vera has affected me badly", but actually the sickness is more a sign that many toxins are being removed from your body. On the contrary, this indicates healing. If the symptoms are a little hard or prolonged, try to suspend the diet in order for the body to slowly recuperate, before beginning again.

Which specific skin problems does Aloe Vera cure?

Aloe Vera can be used to cure a number of skin-related ailments, including acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, pimples, ageing or opaque skin, premature wrinkles, itching, fungus, scars, blemishes, rashes, infections and skin cancer, among others.

Fasting: To begin this Aloe Vera diet you must prepare well: While fasting, cut a piece of aloe and blend in a glass of water, add the juice of half a lemon and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Sip slowly, without straining. Immediately after drinking the juice, have a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Breakfast: After the juice, wait 20 minutes to have breakfast and please try to avoid these foods: sugar and refined flour, cow's milk in all of its forms (light, low-fat, lactose-free, etc.) As well as cheese, sausages and red meat. We recommend that you eat breakfast grains like oatmeal or amaranth with almond milk, wheat toast with a vegetable based spread, etc.

Midday: Drink carrot juice with celery and a piece of aloe. Try to drink the juice by sipping it slowly. Drink the juice in its raw state (ie do not add sugar, lemon or fruit).

Lunch: Eat whatever you like, respecting the foods that should be avoided (see breakfast). We recommend vegetable broths, vegetable soups, brown rice, tofu, fish, lentils, cooked peas and beans during mealtimes.

Mid-afternoon: Make an infusion by boiling a piece of aloe in a glass of warm water for five minutes. Add a little honey and drink. Accompany with a bar of grain or nuts such as peanuts, blueberries, raisins, prunes, amaranth, almonds and walnuts.

Dinner: Avoid a large dinner at night. At this point, the best foods are homemade yogurts or probiotics such as kefir, cooked or fresh apple, lettuce salad with cranberry or some kind of vegetarian sandwich with wholemeal bread.

Tips for curing the skin with Aloe Vera:

Prepare an aloe ointment by mixing one part of the plant with a tablespoon of olive oil and half a glass of mineral water. Blend very well. Apply the resultant mixture with a cotton ball on the affected skin at night, especially if it is on the face, and leave on for a while to take effect, before rinsing it off with mineral water.

Note: These tips are also great for the relief of stress, as this is another factor which can cause terrible skin conditions. As well as stressing the pores of your skin, it lowers the immune system and the nutrients from food are not absorbed as efficiently, usually with the skin being the first to suffer as a result.

There are many articles that explains how aloe can change your life but I was wondering if getting an aloe gel cream is a good idea, the label says natural but I am not very sure about that since the color is not like the original aloe, so do you think that this affect the product?.

I have tried all the remedies with aloe and they are perfect for the skin, especially if it is dry or you have many spots and that kind of things, this ingredient will be great for you, I recommend it to all my friends, but do not forget to use natural creams or preprare them by yourself for better results

I just love aloe vera! I remember when I was a kid my mom used to always have an aloe plant, and I always thought they were “ugly” because they didn’t have pretty flowers. Now that I’m older I’m beginning to appreciate the beauty and wonder of aloe, and I’m thinking of getting one myself, ha!

Wow, I wasn’t aware that Aloe Vera had so many benefits for the body and especially the skin! In a lot of your tips, you mention blending aloe vera in a blender – do I just cut a section of my plant and put it in? Or do I have to extract something first? Because from what I can remember, Aloe Vera plant on its own tastes extremely bitter!
