If your skin looks tired, dull and a bit lifeless, or if you feel your skin has fine lines, dry skin or a somewhat ill-looking appearance, surely it is asking you to help nurture it. Beautiful, healthy, youthful skin is the result of some care and very simple tips that can be done without hassle and also with little money.
To have beautiful, healthy, youthful skin you must be aware of these secrets:
Circulation: If you do not have good circulation, nutrients may not be shared by your body and the first thing that will suffer is your skin, which, not being as important as other body organs, is left until last in the distribution of nutrients. With this in mind, do not forget to exercise even 10 minutes daily, so you feel your heart racing.
Stress: If you are stressed, even though you eat very well and/or put masks on your skin, nutrients are not maximized. Stress, as well as interfering with the proper absorption of nutrients, stresses the pores of the skin, preventing proper oxygenation and absorption of vitamins and minerals.

Masks to rejuvenate, heal and strengthen your skin
Mask to reaffirm
Mix two tablespoons of natural yogurt without sugar in a bowl, add a piece of ripe avocado, a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of uncooked oatmeal granules.
Mix everything very well in the bowl until you have a compact cream, if you feel it is too thick add a little more yogurt. Apply immediately to your skin and neck, gently rubbing oatmeal on your face. Repeat this operation two or three times a week, remembering to wash your face with warm water before applying the mask. Also remember to avoid using corrosive soaps – the best way to wash your face is using honey soap or neutral soap. After applying the mask, leave it to dry onto your face. Later, wash very well and apply royal jelly cream or collagen at the end.
Mask to rejuvenate your skin
You need a slice of melon, a little olive oil, a tablespoon of 100% pure honey and a tablespoon of plain yogurt mixed with a little water. To achieve optimum results with this mask, first exfoliate your skin with green clay, rub on your skin and let dry, then rinse. Immediately, apply the mask with melon and honey. Leave the rejuvenating properties of these ingredients to absorbed well into the skin and then rinse. Your skin will have a smooth and young appearance.
Mask to heal skin
This mask is used in cases of acne, pimples, blackheads, rash, etc. You should apply green clay to your skin as in the previous mask. Doing this twice weekly will heal your skin quickly as clay is great for healing and maintaining healthy young skin. After each clay application, apply the following mask. You need a few drops of rosehip, tepezcohuite powder, two tablespoons of natural yogurt and a few drops of propolis. Mix everything with yoghurt, adding a little water if necessary. Rub gently on your skin after applying the green clay. Leave for a few minutes and then rinse. Later apply colloidal silver cotton on your skin, but only apply silver at night. Do this two or three times a week.

In any case, we recommend eating these super foods for skin: avocado, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, citrus on an empty stomach, alfalfa, carrots, aloe, chia and yeast, and take a tablespoon of colloidal silver daily in wooden spoon.
Great rejuvenating juice
You need: a cactus, a tablespoon of aloe, a sprig of celery, a glass of fresh carrot juice and a tablespoon of chia. Put everything in a blender and drink slowly without straining it. You can vary this using alfalfa juice instead of cactus, or parsley instead of celery. Do not add the lemon as the vitamins oxidize some of the components. Also try to avoid sweetening the juice, instead drinking it naturally and fresh, immediately after preparation.

all of them look very good, what is your recommendation if I’m 32 and I want to heal and rejuvenate my skin? Which one should I try first?

I was thinking of following these tips, I’m wondering if you can combine one of the mask with a tratment of clay before, to exfoliate the skin, or is that too much for the skin?
Please cmment me!

I have noticed all the masks mentioned here have some yogurt on them. I am very surprised it has nutritious properties for the skin. I definitely will try to apply any of them soon. This will be my first time doing so, because before I have always been a bit afraid of applying anything on my face, but reading about all the side effects that some laboratory creams have, I think I would rather try to use really natural products.

anyone already tried them? want to hear some opionion first before anything!

Great tips! I love how all of these ingredients are very basic, easily accessible products. I’ll have to try each one of them a few times over and see which one goes best with my skin. Maybe mix and match??

I one hundred per cent agree with the use of clay as a pre-cleanser and healing alternative to many masks on the mainstream market, as well as nourishing ingredients such as yoghurt, honey and oatmeal.
However, I am a strong believer in only putting things on my skin that I would have no problem eating, so for example a good alternative to collagen for moisturising after a mask application could be coconut or sweet almond oil.
