Amino acids are the units with which the body produces its own protein. There are known 23 amino acids within which are recognized 8 essential. The human body has a mechanism which is responsible for ensuring that proteins are produced with some regularity. This is a vital function of the body which is carried out through food. That's why food plays an important role for the body can produce the necessary protein demand.

You need to know before proceed, that animal protein and proteins are intact, i.e. that the animal has been the same. There is an old belief that only food derived from animal proteins are obtained for the body to function properly, for that is "muscular" and well nourished. More information is incorrect. The body has all the ability to make its own proteins from a diet that excludes meat, studies have shown that a diet rich in amino acids in animal protein products practically leaving the mechanism of the body can build to create proteins a healthy, strong and vigorous body. We must see to vegetarian animals as the elephant, one of the largest and most powerful of the world, or the bull, the horse, the gorilla. They have a food that is based on herbs and plants.

However, when the body needs amino acids to produce proteins, obtains them from blood or lymph reservations because there are always flowing. The circulatory system is like a bag house where the liver cells are always withdrawals and deposits of this valuable material needed to build proteins. If there is blood flowing in a high amount of amino acids, the liver, "will make its retirement" to balance this high, and absorb the amino acids left over for storage when necessary. As a cell uses amino acids in the blood, the liver will be replenished. Cells are also stored in the form of protein amino acids, and some of its components, re-convert them back into amino acids to the bloodstream. In the same way they do some herbivorous animals, our body has the power to appropriate amino acids of the food we eat and convert it into protein.

Therefore it is very important that the diet includes foods that contain organic amino acids, i.e., those containing fruit, vegetables and fresh cereals. Among the better food, better quality will be shared the body to produce proteins. Eating raw foods is ideal. The people who do not consume anything but vegetables in the diet and raw vegetables, seeds, grains and oilseeds, ensure that the basis of eternal youth and health, is precisely this type of diet, which always keeps the body very fresh and full of vitality. We must remember also that our body produces proteins that are always better than those that we can provide an animal because the animal protein energy is loaded with genetic information from animals.
