The beauty secrets behind Strawberries

Strawberries are a common ingredient in salads, smoothies and desserts. Besides, their characteristic flavor and nutritional properties makes them the favorite fruit of many. However, these fruits can also be exploited to enhance your beauty.

Strawberry against aging

Its nutritional properties make it suitable for any diet, has lots of vitamin C, which is why it is useful if you want to prevent wrinkles. If you eat foods rich in vitamin C, you will prevent your skin from drying out and will activate the production of collagen, which gives elasticity and prevents the formation of fine lines. It will also help include broccoli, citrus and kiwi in your daily diet.

Facial skin needs nourishment to stay light, and avoid the occurrence of premature wrinkles. You can also nourish it with the following mask:

  • One little handful of blueberries
  • 3 strawberries
  • 5 raspberries
  • 5 blackberries
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • ½ orange
  • 5 purple grapes

Squeeze the orange and blend with other fruit, spread the mixture onto your clean face, let stand for half an hour and wash with warm water. Do it once a week and notice the results.

For dry skin

If you have dry skin, daily cleaning should be done carefully, precisely to prevent more drying, to get it, you can use the following recipe:

  • 8 strawberries
  • 12 tablespoons of margarine
  • 6 tablespoons of witch hazel

Mash the strawberries with a fork, add the butter and then the witch hazel. Apply the mixture on the face massaging from center to out, remove with a dry cotton cloth and wash with cold water.

Constant changes in temperature and air often give your face a dry appearance, to tackle these problems, prepare a puree with 4 pieces of strawberries, add 10 drops of almond oil and spread on the skin. After 10 minutes, wash with cold water.

Another moisturizing mask that you can use is:

Mash 1 banana, 3 strawberries and 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt. Spread on the skin and remove with warm water after 20 minutes.

Strawberries against cellulite

Strawberries are one of the quintessential anti-cellulite foods, due to its diuretic power; these are high in fiber, and vitamin C and iron, an ideal combination to keep cellulite away from you. Often consume them with other fruits in smoothies, or natural, to enjoy these benefits.

You can make a drink like this to drain toxins accumulated by a sedentary lifestyle.

Place in the extractor ½ cup of strawberries, add the resulting juice to three oranges juice, and blend with a stick of celery, drink fasting. After consuming it for a month, you will notice results, but remember, it's much more effective if you hold in your diet care, and perform regular physical activity.

Take off makeup naturally

It is important to fold the makeup of the day so that your skin is clean and prepared for the regeneration that happens overnight. You can make your own cleanser with a puree of four strawberries, add 6 teaspoons of almond oil, and refrigerate. Spread on the face and remove with a cotton swab moistened with witch hazel, will be an excellent cleanser with soothing results.

If you spend much time sitting, you probably have some areas full of small bumps that are formed by the accumulation of dead cells. Exfoliate with a formula prepared with 6 strawberries, 4 tablespoons of sugar and a drizzle of honey, rub in a circular motion and wash. Perform twice a week.

    Strawberry is actually my favorite fruit, is just delicious and I love preparing smoothies with it but I didn?t know that it can also help the skin from the outside, and those mask seem like a good option to regenerate the cells of my skin since I tend to have dry skin and this is becoming a problem
