Are you sick often? Do you feel your body weak? Do you have a disease that cannot stop? The practice of Tai-chi can be the natural solution. This ancient practice is a low impact exercise which has a long list of health benefits that you can only notice if you decide to practice.

This martial art was born in China and is considered an alternative health practice because it proposes a series of movements in which not only the physical body but our mind works, where are conceived virtually all diseases and states of anxiety, nervousness involved, tensions, fears, etc.., which affect, without realizing it, our internal systems and organs, wearing them over time and causing a long list of health problems that later may become chronic.

Tai chi involves body movements while it develops a full and concentrated attention on the present moment, which helps the body begins to release energy and even get emotionally balanced, because the organs and systems begin to relieve accumulated tension. The mind has a powerful influence on our physical body, taking medication cannot replace the natural way for the body to find its balance and well-being, it is imperative for humans to take importance of their mental and emotional states for health can really get to recover completely. The Tai-chi works in all these activities, helping the body from getting sick, to preventing infection and more.
This is a practice that certainly has very positive effects in cases of fibromyalgia, back pain, joint problems, lung problems, indigestion, disorders, liver and kidney disease, circulation problems or heart, acne or skin problems, etc., and people who often have anxiety, anguish, fear, nervousness, insomnia, etc.., and to rejuvenate the entire body.
It is strongly recommended in the elderly as it helps to prevent blood pressure, strengthens muscles and increases vitality and rejuvenation of organs and systems, relieves muscle and chronic pains, and helps to better balance and movement.

Recommended when practicing Tai-chi

Finding a good trainer and using comfortable clothing is recommended, and that this practice is outdoors in the early morning is ideal. Try to focus on things that will produce peace and joy, focus on happy thoughts while practicing and slowly move your body. You will see the wonder refreshing feeling after a session.
