Did you know that in Ancient times, the Mayan civilisation used raw cocoa (the raw form of chocolate) in various religious ceremonies, and raw cocoa beans are said to contain strong aphrodisiac properties. I wonder if this has any connection with why chocolate is such a popular gift on Valentine's Day? Anyone know?

Chocolate is a fantastic food in small quantities! It is scientifically proven to make us feel good because it releases endorphins in our brain which cause us to feel happy or content. Don't overdo it though - the best form of cocoa is in raw dark chocolate because the cocoa content is higher and more intense. A small square or two of really dark chocolate can also help clear a severe headache or migraine. A real SUPERFOOD!

I love all the desserts made of chocolate like anyone! So well, I do not know that I could resist eating them before giving them to someone else, but yeah I want to make something special for my boyfriend and I hope he shares with me!
