Ice cream, cakes, jellies … with no sugar? Of course yes! A dessert can be prepared not only with sugar but with molasses, for example, that besides being more nutritious, they provide a different flavor to desserts. There are also the brown sugar, honey bee or fructose (contained in fruits), which is not manipulated or processed by humans and retains a sugar very beneficial for the body. All of these natural sweeteners provide, in addition to nutrients, a lot of energy and without the consequences of being overweight.

If you like desserts and you're on a diet and/or want to keep the figure, do not hesitate to prepare these recipes!

Hey people how are you going, well jellies are my favorite dessert, there are many flavors and even more if you prepare them in home with the ingredient you want. My favorite one is lemon so I would love if you can give me a recipe to prepare it, however I?m going to try the last recipe with lemon instead of orange and I hope it works, I?m going to use the molasses to and make it more healthy

My brother and grandfather are both diabetic, and every year for holidays, we all struggle to make them feel included in eating desserts and sweets, but it’s so hard!! Everything we make is with sugar…so I’ll have to give these recipes a try and see how they turn out, I’ll let you know how it goes!
