I love smoothies, and I love preparing them to my children because actually they can be a complete food if you include the right ingredients, these recipes seem like a good choice to take advantage of fruits and cereals to loss weight and keep the body healthy at the same time!
I tried a diet including many amaranth seed in my smoothies with some other fruits and I got amazing results so I really recommend it because it is high in nutritive substances too and I see that you recommend it a lot in this webpage
I think we should also point out that while these smoothies may contain foods that are considered to be “fat burners”….let us not forget “calories in, calories out”. Not all calories are created equal, but if you don’t use the smoothie as a complete substitute for a meal…you’re still goign to be consuming extra calories with it.
