Recipe: Burgers algae AHIMSA with almond sauce and celery
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE
4 tablespoons olive oil
250 gr. of chopped onion
225 gr. chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, crushed
100 gr. chopped almonds
150 D.C. vegetable broth, salt and pepper
Heat oil and fry the onions and celery to simmer a few minutes. Cover and continue cooking 10 to 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add broth and cook everything for 10 minutes until sauce is creamy. Spice to taste. In another pan a tablespoon of oil is heated and almonds, about 5 minutes, fry until lightly browned.
Fry burgers and freshly made salsa, sprinkled with almonds added.
