Preparation fo Nori Seaweed

Hydrated: Submerge in water with a little salt during 5 minutes. When it is hydrated, it increases 4 times its weight in dried. Cooking: Cook during 5 minutes. Toasted: Toast in the oven or frying pan until it changes colour.

Consumer Tips: 

Nature: Dressing in salads. 

Toasted: Baking as appetizer. Crushing as condiment.

Boiling: In soups, creams, croquettes, pies, scrambled, croquettes, rice and vegetable stew.
