The tannin from the leaves of blackberry is responsible for its main benefits even if consumed in large quantities for a long time, tannin can cause liver damage.

Description: The blackberry is a very invasive and fast growing plant. You can colonize large areas and form large hedges in a relatively short time. It is common in hedges and slopes and its original distribution covers most of Europe, parts of Africa and Asia. In some countries it is considered an invasive species, however selling fruit and byproducts rapresente a source of income for those who can harvest its fruits.

How to prepare the infusion: Pour a tablespoon in a cup of boiling water and let stand five minutes.
