It's really crazy to think how much you really can change by changing your diet, and flaxseed is one of those super easy things to include on a daily basis! I eat muesli or oatmeal for breakfast every day, and it's so easy just to dump a tablespoon of flax seed in it in the morning, and I know I'll be regular too!

Well it?s an ideal time to promote flaxseed, there are a lot of products that contain it. I?ve tried a product made of this to low my weight but it didn?t work, I actually recommend to take natural flax instead of products or diets.
