I had no idea seitan was made from wheat gluten! I’ve heard a lot about it and I’ve wanted to try it for quite some time, and now I finally have some recipes to try it with! I really like cooking with tofu, and I’ve done so for quite some time, but I’m excited to try new alternatives, so this will be exciting. Thansk so much@!
